This design uses minimal hardware by just attaching at the corners with straps. Minimal set up. minimal storage. But will flap in the wind a bit more than the other types supported by ribs.
The only added hardware is the stanchion extension at the rear corners. This could fit into the existing fishing pole mounts. Fiberglass poles would even provide the spring to keep the shade taught.
It is not so good for egress of crew around the forward winch because of the strap holding the side flap. The side flap can be dispensed with entirely but the shade near the front of the cockpit is greatly reduced.
Hugh suggested making templates with PVC or Electrical conduit. This is a good plan that will provide the utmost confidence in dimensions.
SunSail 3 could include more stanchion extensions on the sides to increase width at the front...
